How long will my order take?
We process every order within 1 business days. After that, here's what to expect depending on where you are:

- Europe: 6โ9 business days (Standard) | 4โ5 business days (Express)
- Rest of the World: 4โ15 business days

Will I be able to track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What about customs and import fees?
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.
What if my package gets lost?

What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If something isn't right, we want to fix it.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and undamaged
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
How do I start a return?
Simple. Just email us at softparadise88@gmail.com and let us know what's going on. We'll guide you through the process and, for eligible returns, provide a prepaid shipping label so you don't have to worry about the cost.
Please don't send items back without contacting us first โ returns sent without prior approval can't be processed.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as it's done. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
Are there any items I can't return?
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All other items are covered by our standard 30-day policy.
What about exchanges?
Yes, we do exchanges! If you'd like a different size, color, or item, just reach out and we'll sort it out for you.
I'm in the EU โ do I have extra rights?
