Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 4-11 business days
- Express Shipping: 4-7 business days
Europe:
- Standard Shipping: 6-9 business days
- Express Shipping: 4-5 business days
Rest of World:
- Standard Shipping: 4-15 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $10 to the United States and Europe.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the tracking link provided in the email.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
International Shipping
We ship to customers worldwide. Please note:

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@softparadise.store. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
For lost packages, we require customers to wait 30 days from the ship date before we can offer a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
